As concern around the coronavirus grows, we want to let you know what we are doing to make the health of our customers and employees a priority.

With the COVID-19 outbreak, we are continuing to follow our normal operating procedures including using a food contact surface sanitizer, normal hand washing procedures, sanitizing salad mixes, and sanitizing produce bins that leave the farm. Our health policy remains that if anyone is sick, they will stay home. The following are specific cleaning and sanitizing steps implemented in response to the outbreak:
  • Employee hand washing upon arrival and between tasks
  • Sanitize surfaces daily such as doors, light switches, doorknobs, computers, desks.
  • Wash and sanitize all greens
  • Sanitize all produce totes and bins

It is important to note that there is no data to show that COVID-19 is spread by consuming food. The risk of getting the virus from your food is currently considered low. How COVID-19
