With our CSA system, we plan to meet your needs by allowing you to choose the season length, share size, and pickup frequency that works for you. Your share is also entirely customized by you, with an option to pre-order ahead of time or shop "market-style" in person.
Our members who choose the pre-order option for their pickup are able to customize shares ahead of time, prior to pickup. This makes for easy meal prepping and planning! If you like to know what is coming, then we suggest you get the pre-order option!
Yes, both market-style and pre-order CSA options allow you to purchase extras! Our online pre-order platform allows you to purchase additional items on top of your share points. After you’ve reached your allotted points for the week while customizing, any additional items in your cart will show as dollar values. Our members who choose the market-style pickup option are able to purchase a Market Card to make extra purchases while at their pickup.
You are welcome to pay monthly by credit card, bank transfer, cash, check, or SNAP. We send out recurring monthly invoices through Quickbooks on the 1st of each month as a friendly reminder. You are able to pay manually or set up automatic payments through these invoices. If you need to set up another payment plan with us, please reach out to our CSA manager, Rebecca at email@example.com.
We cannot. However, we are able to accommodate switching between pickup days with one week’s prior notice. We also always encourage our members to have a friend or family member pick up in their place (no need to tell us ahead of time). If you foresee ongoing scheduling conflicts, please consider purchasing a Market Card, which grants you access to discounted veggies at any of our CSA pickups, at the Saturday farmers market, and for online purchases, but does not confine you to a weekly pickup schedule.
Points do not roll over to the next week if a pickup is missed.
Yes! You are welcome to place an order through our online store and pick up at the same CSA pickup locations on your “off” weeks. This would be in addition to and separate from your CSA share. You are welcome to pay through our store with a Market Card, credit card, cash, check, or SNAP. You are also able to purchase a Market Card and shop at any CSA pickup with this card. Market Cards are available for purchase online or in person at the pickup.
Yes! If you are discovering that you are receiving too much or too little food, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we are happy to change your share to your preferred size.

Our product availability is very dependent on the season. If you are noticing less veggies available to you at any time, please know that we are in transition and have worked hard at our crop planning to provide you with the best variety of crops, all year-round. With farming, there are unforeseen things that arise and are oftentimes out of our control. When this happens, we try to be as transparent as possible, and always encourage you to ask questions! Our Seasonality Guide is available online for more information on what we’re able to provide throughout the year.
We offer scheduled tours throughout the main season of June-October. We also welcome you to walk the trails during the Tuesday CSA pickup (Tuesdays, 3:30-6pm) or send us an email to let us know that you’d like to stop by and walk around.
If circumstances require you to cancel, please email us at email@example.com for next steps. We are able to provide a refund if you paid in full for the season, however we do not provide partial refunds for canceling in the middle of the month.

Tuesday & Wednesday pickup order window: Wednesdays at 6pm to Mondays at 6am
Thursday, Friday, & Saturday pickup order window: Fridays at 6pm to Wednesdays at 6am
We send out weekly email reminders to help with this! If you do not customize your share, you will receive the “Suggested Share” that we set for you that can always be viewed on our website here.
Your discount code remains the same throughout the season, and is included in each customization reminder email that we send out prior to your pickup. This email is sent out when your ordering window opens for customizing your share.
When a discount code is not applied, you will be charged full price for your order. However, payment information is required at checkout if your order total is greater than $0, meaning this should act as a prompt that a discount code was not applied.
Not to worry! If you forget or choose to not customize your share on any given week, you will receive the “Suggested Share” that we set for you that can always be viewed on our website here.
